a refund if your watch shows any signs of being worn: scratches,

have symptoms of gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper

Send the watch back to us. Include the watch (without the manufacturer packaging and manuals) with the following information: • Your name • Original invoice number (or copy of your invoice) • A brief and to-the-point description of the problem • Your return address, phone number and e-mail address Please do not include the original manuals or manufacturer packaging with your repair. Please pack your watch securely and use a reliable shipping carrier, such as UPS or FEDEX. All shipping costs the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, you should insure your watch for its purchase price. It is not necessary to insure your watch for the full retail price. Watch service repair time can vary depending on the watch brand name and the specific problem of the watch. Usually warranty service repairs take about six to eight weeks for repair. Generally, the special ordered watches subject to return policy limitations have a sale price of over $3000. You will be
notified if your watch ordered is considered to be a “special
order” prior to shipping out of our warehouse. Any return
