GlobalWatchZone.com will gladly accept the return or exchange of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from when your order was shipped out of our warehouse. GlobalWatchZone.com does not charge any restocking fee associated with returns. Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made. We will refund the purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs if the Ground Shipping option was selected (usually $8-$40, depending on insurance).

GlobalWatchZone.com will gladly accept the return or exchange of electronic products (iCable, Logitech, JBL, and Apple brands) that are unopened, undamaged, and factory-sealed within 30 days from when your order was shipped out of our warehouse. Opening the box and/or breaking the manufacturer’s factory seal of an electronic item will void the Jomshop.com 30 day money back guarantee. The complete manufacturer’s warranty is included with the electronic products sold on our website. If the electronic item is received defective, the manufacturers warranty will cover the repair or replacement of the defective parts, as subject to the conditions set forth. GlobalWatchZone.com is not responsible for the presence of manufacturer defects of electronic items.


Holiday Season 2005:
In addition to our 30 day money back guarantee, all orders placed from November 1st, 2005 until December 15th, 2005, will be eligible for the exchange of items for equal or greater value of the original order. All holiday exchanges must complete the same return policy instructions (listed below) to set up and exchange with customer service before January 15th, 2006. All exchanges must be physically received in our warehouse by January 15th. Exchanges received in our warehouse after the January 15th deadline will not be accepted. Return Policy Specifications:
Returns or exchanges received by GlobalWatchZone.com after the 30-day period will not be accepted. Watches with links removed, or watches without all original packaging and manuals will not be accepted.

GlobalWatchZone.com must receive all returns in the same condition as shipped to the customer, accompanied by a copy of your invoice. GlobalWatchZone.com will not accept any returns that show signs of being used, sized, worn, or items that have been special ordered. You will be contacted prior to shipping if your item is considered a “special order”.

We cannot issue a refund if your watch shows any signs of being worn: scratches, links removed, nicks, chips, or any other signs of use on the face or band. We do not sell used items and will not accept any watch with any indication that shows use by the consumer.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to GlobalWatchZone.com. All returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process and for credit to be issued. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued and our customer profiles are updated. GlobalWatchZone.com always recommends that the customer includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item purchased. It is not necessary to insure packages for retail prices of watches.

All returns not accepted by GlobalWatchZone.com will be mailed back to the customer, at the customer’s expense, using fully insured UPS Ground shipping (usually $8-$40, depending on insurance).

Orders received prior to 1:30 PM should ship out the same day provided goods are in stock and customer identification is verified. Different Shipping and Billing Addresses:
GlobalWatchZone.com recommends that billing and shipping addresses should be identical whenever possible. Every address and phone number submitted to GlobalWatchZone.com must be verified. We offer the option to ship to different shipping and billing addresses, but customer service may contact you to provide additional information. Usually customers have two options to confirm their shipping address or conflicting billing address:

Dial the phone number on the back of your credit card to register a shipping address with your bank. Our order processing department will follow-up with your bank and authenticate this address. Or

Fax us a copy (front and back) of the driver’s license and credit card associated with the order. Please make this Xerox copy at a light contrast. Identification too dark will not be legible and GlobalWatchZone.com will request a re-fax.

Identity confirmation is determined on a case-by-case basis, in order to combat fraudulent orders. If no identification confirmation is obtained, the order submitted will not be shipped out of our warehouse, and your order will be delayed and eventually cancelled. These precautions, as specified above, are for the best interest and safety of our GlobalWatchZone.com customers.

Note to Fraudulent orders:
We take online fraud seriously! If a bogus order is submitted, GlobalWatchZone.com will notify the cardholder, the credit card company, and cooperate with Federal authorities to prosecute anyone attempting to use stolen credit cards to purchase products. All fraudulent orders will be turned over immediately to the FBI, and local police in your immediate area, and we will cooperate with them in all attempts to prosecute offenders.

What should I do if my card is declined when placing an order? If you receive a “declined” error message when your order is placed, you must contact your bank. GlobalWatchZone.com has no control over these error messages; they are submitted from your bank’s online authorization program. There are numerous reasons explaining a “declined” message. Usually credit cards have an online spending limit, and you may contact your bank to grant permission for the online transaction. After the bank temporarily lifts this restriction, feel free to order your watch online again and proceed to checkout.

Checks:
Payment via money order, cashier's check, or certified bank check cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. Please call 212-764-3909 to place an order with a check payment. After an order is placed, you will receive an order number over the phone or email. Please include your order number on the “memo” section of your check. You may mail your check to GlobalWatchZone.com with the following enclosed:

2. Your Name, Shipping Address, Email, Contact Number, and Model Number of Watch Ordered
3. Your Signed Check with your order number in the “memo” section

Once payment is received and processed, your order will be shipped if stock is still available. If inventory is no longer available, your payment will be returned. After a payment is received, it usually takes one to two weeks to ship out your order. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped. Dishonored checks will be assessed a fee of $20.00 or the maximum allowed by law.
GlobalWatchZone.com does not recommend payment with checks. Why? Purchases made by check payment can take weeks to process, when compared to the instantaneous payment submission for a domestic wire transfer or credit card. By the time that the check clears, our onhand inventory for your order may be outdated and stock cannot be guaranteed. If a credit card is not available GlobalWatchZone.com recommends using a wire transfer for payment.

Wire Transfer
GlobalWatchZone.com accepts direct wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. Payment using a wire transfer cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. You will be given an order number and emailed wire transfer details. Wire transfers are recommended for orders placed without access to a credit card. GlobalWatchZone.com usually receives domestic wire transfers the same business day; international wire transfers about two to four business days to process. Please contact GlobalWatchZone.com after the anticipated wire transfer date so we may check our records for your payment. After payment is received, your order will ship and you will be emailed a UPS tracking number.


International Orders

International orders to Canada can be processed online and paid with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. International orders to all other destinations cannot be processed online and must be placed over the phone or email. These orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Payment for most international orders will be in the form of a wire transfer or an American Express credit card. When sending GlobalWatchZone.com an international wire transfer payment, please make sure to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee details). GlobalWatchZone.com will email you a list of wire transfer instructions when replying to your order request.

GlobalWatchZone.com will not charge any duty for an international order. International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.

In addition, international orders will be subjected to additional handling charges and higher shipping rates. Canadian shipping prices generally range from $15 to $35 and will be calculated when submitting your order online. International shipping rates to all other locations will be determined with your order request.

International orders are shipped out every Thursday, by the United States Postal Service. You will be emailed a USPS tracking number when your item ships. International orders are shipped fully-insured via Global Express with package tracking. The average International order usually takes about 2 weeks for delivery, depending on your shipping location. Jomashop has no control if this transit time is lengthened due to USPS transit delays or customs processing.

If an International order is received damaged or not received at, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Jomashop. If the item is received damaged, please contact Jomashop within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.

Watch Warranty

GlobalWatchZone.com will service every brand name watch sold on our website from 1 to 5 years after purchase. Review the warranty chart below for details. GlobalWatchZone.com and its affiliates have been in business since 1985. We stand behind our products.

Simply put, GlobalWatchZone.com will service the watch if it is not telling time properly.

Watches that have symptoms of gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty will cover battery replacement for the first 2 months of ownership. GlobalWatchZone.com is authorized to issue up to a $10 battery replacement credit for watches that are received with a non-working battery.

Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product. GlobalWatchZone.com does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.

GlobalWatchZone.com Warranty Service Instructions:
When sending in your watch for warranty service, please follow the following procedure:

1.Call us at 212-764-3909 to set up a repair authorization
2. Send the watch back to us. Include the watch (without the manufacturer packaging and manuals) with the following information:
Your name
Original invoice number (or copy of your invoice)
A brief and to-the-point description of the problem
Your return address, phone number and e-mail address

Please do not include the original manuals or manufacturer packaging with your repair. Please pack your watch securely and use a reliable shipping carrier, such as UPS or FEDEX. All shipping costs the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, you should insure your watch for its purchase price. It is not necessary to insure your watch for the full retail price.

Watch service repair time can vary depending on the watch brand name and the specific problem of the watch. Usually warranty service repairs take about six to eight weeks for repair. When your watch service is completed, a UPS tracking number will be emailed. GlobalWatchZone.com will pay for UPS Ground Shipping back to the customer.

 
Sales Tax:
GlobalWatchZone.com is located in New York State, every order shipped domestically with New York State are subjected to 8.625% sales tax. Orders shipped outside New York State are shipped tax-free. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address, and not the billing address. Orders with a billing address in New York State and an authorized shipping address out of state do not pay sales tax. Furthermore, orders with a billing address out of state that ship an order to an authorized address in New York State are subjected to New York State taxes laws.

Special Orders

Select watches sold on GlobalWatchZone.com may be considered a “special order” and may be subjected to a limited return policy. “Special Orders” may be watches that we do not have in our warehouse or watches that we do not have on our website and need to be custom ordered from our distributor. Generally, the special ordered watches subject to return policy limitations have a sale price of over $3000.

You will be notified if your watch ordered is considered to be a “special order” prior to shipping out of our warehouse. Any return policy limitations to your order will be reviewed and agreed upon before shipping.
